GetMeBestDeal monitors publicly available international flight prices and notifies subscribers of fares that appear to be unusually low, including possible error fares. We are an information and alerting service. We do not sell flights, issue tickets, or act as a travel agent. All bookings happen on third-party airline or travel websites.
3. No guarantee of fares
Flight prices change constantly and error fares may be cancelled by airlines at their discretion. We do not guarantee that any alerted price is available, bookable, honored, or accurate at the time you act on it. You are responsible for verifying the fare and all conditions before purchasing. We are not liable for fares that change or are cancelled, or for any costs arising from a booking.
4. Accounts
You sign in via a passwordless email link or code. You are responsible for the security of your email account and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.
5. Plans, billing & payments
GetMeBestDeal offers a free plan and a paid Premium subscription billed annually. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Razorpay); we do not store your full card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain Premium until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
6. Affiliate links
Some booking links may include affiliate identifiers, and we may earn a commission if you book through them, at no extra cost to you.
7. Acceptable use
Don't abuse, scrape, resell, or attempt to disrupt the Service, and don't use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Communications
By subscribing you agree to receive deal-alert and service emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in each email or your settings; essential account/transactional messages may still be sent.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or the Service; material changes will be posted here with a new date. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
11. Governing law
